shippingOnce we receive your request specifying your order details and delivery address, we will email you the cost of shipment, insurance, and any applicable sales tax. If importing from the USA to another country, you will be responsible for any taxes and duties. For shipment, each ottoman will be placed in a soft bag and packed in biodegradable packing within a sturdy cardboard box. Unless otherwise agreed, shipment will be by FedEx 5-7 Day Service to US addresses, and FedEx International Economy Service to international addresses. We will email you the FedEx Tracking Number. Orders are shipped from our headquarters in Connecticut.
