Our order process is designed to ensure that you are confident of your choices before placing your order. Your ottoman will be made to order. We therefore cannot accept returns, unless goods arrive damaged in transit.
When your order arrives, you must check the condition of the package and of the ottoman. If there is damage, please contact us immediately at +1 203 737 0861 or email@example.com. We may ask you to email a photograph of the damage.
If we agree to accept the return, we will provide you with an RMA (Returned Merchandise Article) number. Ottomans returned without an RMA number will be shipped back immediately at the customer's expense.
We will evaluate the damage and either repair the ottoman or make a new piece. We cannot offer a refund.
