how to order from us

• Once you've selected an ottoman, click on "begin order process." Within one business day of receiving your request, we'll email you the total cost of your order, including shipment to the delivery address you specify and any applicable sales tax. We'll also send you by regular mail an Order Confirmation form, along with fabric swatches so you can see them in your home before placing your order. (If you do not receive this package within a week, please contact us.)
• If you're satisfied after reviewing the swatches, place your order by returning a copy of the Order Confirmation form, signed and dated.
• Each ottoman is made to order. A 50 percent deposit is required. If paying with a check in US dollars, please send the deposit with your Order Confirmation form. Otherwise, when we receive your Order Confirmation we will email an invoice with a link to a secure PayPal website where you can pay by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.
• Fabrication of your ottoman will begin after the deposit is received.
• We will contact you 10 days prior to completion to advise that the balance of the payment is required.
• Your order will be shipped after final payment is received.
